Frequently asked Questions

What fees will I have to pay once I am approved?

You will be required to pay a security deposit within 1-2 days of your approval. Once we have the deposit, a Lease Administration Fee will be due (this ranges from $125-225 based on your combined credit score). If you have a pet, and the property permits pets, there will be a one-time pet fee of $250 per pet due prior to move-in.

What about Credit and Rental History?

We prefer a combined average of a 600 or higher credit score (Average of all financially responsible applicants). We use your overall credit score, rental history and income to evaluate your security deposit. We look into any current or past evictions or tenant-landlord disputes. If you have record of a current eviction, recent eviction, or debt owed to a previous landlord, these are disqualifying factors under our requirements. Current bankruptcies will not be accepted – Discharged Bankruptcies with documentation is acceptable.

If I am approved, can I move into the property in the middle of the month?

Yes. We will work with you to schedule the best possible move in date.

Can I pay rent online?

Yes. We offer tenants the ability to pay rent online via the tenant portal.

If something breaks and I need maintenance at the property that I am renting, do I contact the owner directly?

No. You will work directly with Property Pros Realty Group. We make it easy for you to submit your requests via the tenant portal.

 What if I have an emergency over the weekend or when your office is closed?

 Property Pros Realty Group maintains an emergency line when the office is closed.
